Shipping policy
We are based rurally, which means a few things for our shipping process.
- Orders are sent out every Tuesday and Thursday.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace number via email.
- We use Aramex as our courier, which allows us to offer fair shipping rates without increasing the cost of our products.
- After receiving your track and trace number, it is your responsibility to contact and follow up with the courier company regarding any delivery issues.
- While standard delivery time is 2-3 days, parcels may take longer. Please understand that we do not control the courier service, and we have the same level of power as you in investigating parcel delays.
- For the past three years, we’ve handled courier issues on behalf of our customers, but this is no longer sustainable for us. We appreciate your understanding.
